Biography

Andrea Mehigan began her career at Barry University School of Law in Orlando. During Andrea’s Final semester of Law School, she completed an externship at the Office of the Public Defender for the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit where she reviewed evidence, drafted Motions to Suppress, and zealously advocated for clients.

In September 2025, Andrea became a licensed member of the Florida Bar. Andrea worked as an Assistant Public Defender from August 2025 until June 2026. During this time she primarily handled misdemeanor cases including DUI, Battery, Assault, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked and various drug charges. She zealously advocated for her clients in and outside the courtroom from the beginning of the case to trial.

In June of 2026, Andrea Joined Max Factor Law as an Associate Attorney. Her detailed approach, prior courtroom and negotiation experience aid in providing each client with personalized attention to address their legal needs.

In Andrea’s spare time she enjoys hiking, lounging by the pool, reading, spending time with her Dog Atlas and Cat Mulberry
